Enemy Location: Terrestrial Complex can be reached from Forgotten Shore (Take a left then go up the slope). It is where you hold off enemies while activating Rasputin in The Last Array. There is a level 22 Knight kneeling in front of a turn near the fence looking out to Russia (where the arrays are). Kill it to spawn enemies including Eyes of Crota, a pair of Acolytes, that you need to kill.
