- Assigned by Petra Venj in Vestian Outpost and released in the House of Wolves expansion.
Locations::
Patrol Venus. You're basically going to go where you would go for The Archive story mission. Head over to the Ishtar Academy, staying on your sparrow if you can while going underground through the tunnel. Head through the left building when you get to the fallen ship. The Hall of Whispers is down the hallway. The Howling Raiders are on the balcony on the right when you get into the big room.
