- Represent the New Monarchy in Strikes and the Crucible while wearing a New Monarchy Shader, Emblem, and Class Armor.
- Complete Heroic Strikes (10)
- Slay Minions of the Darkness (500)
- Win Crucible Matches (10)
- Slay Crucible Foes (250)
Step 2: Talk to Executor Hideo
- Speak with Executor Hideo to complete the quest.
