Shot Package is a weapon perk. It is only available to Shotguns.
Effect: Decreases the spread of your pellets while aiming down sights.
Bungie has removed Shot Package from the game after the release of The Taken King. Not only you cannot acquire the perk, but any previous weapon with this perk will obtain a different perk to replace it.
