Memory of Felwinter is a level 40 Legendary Artifact. It can be acquired by exchanging an Iron Lord's Legacy to Tyra Karn in Felwinter Peak. Iron Lord's Legacy is obtained by completing Champion of the Light for Tyra Karn in The Plaguelands. Note that you can only obtain 1 Iron Lord's Legacy (1 Iron Lord Artifact) per week.
