Description	Precision kills increase weapon reload speed. Stacks up to 3 times.

Chain of Woe is a perk for Gunslinger. Precision Kills, or kills from critical damage, increase the weapon's reload speed for 15 seconds. The buff stacks up to 3 times refreshing on each precision kill, even if you already have 3 stacks. Each stack gives +20 to Reload. If your weapon reaches the reload stat cap, the upgrade gives +5% / +10% / +15% bonus to reload beyond the cap for each stack you have at the cap. Chain of Woe additionally grants +1 Recovery.

Tips and Tricks

• It is useful for increasing your overall DPS. Less time spent reloading means more time on the trigger.
• This upgrade is useful when combined with weapons such as Sniper Rifles and Hand Cannons.

• Get stacks of Chain of Woe with your primary weapon, then use the stacks to reload weapons that can't proc Chain of Woe such as fusion rifles and rocket launchers.

• It can be useful when combo'd with Gunslinger's Trance while using a weapon with high Rate of Fire such as a Machine Gun.
