Step 1: Collect Pages and Parts
Task: Find manual pages and Khvostov parts on patrol in the Plaguelands.
Quote: "You wouldn't go to a Khvostov plant with your own rifle, would you?" —Russian Proverb
Objective: Obtain 10 Manual Pages. Obtain 3 Khvostov Parts.
Rewards:
Tips: Manual Pages are dropped by Splicers. Khvostov Parts are found in Plaguelands Patrol. They appear as Weapon Parts. All parts except base part appear as triangles like patrol missions on your map.
Step 2: Talk to Shiro
Task: Talk to Shiro-4 at the Iron Temple.
Quote: "I've never met a gun I didn't like. Less it was pointed at me, of course." —Shiro-4
Objective: Go to Old Russia, Earth.
Rewards:

Step 3: A Khvostov Rising
Task: Complete the mission "A Khvostov Rising" in the Plaguelands.
Quote: "Did I ever tell you I started singing to myself before I found you? I won't lie, it got a little dark." —Ghost
Objective: Go to Old Russia, Earth.
Rewards:
Tips: You have to kill a Splicer Captain boss. If you're having difficulties with it, sprint to the opposite end of the arena from the captain and kill all the adds (especially the Servitors) from a distance with a Sniper Rifle or Scout Rifle.
