Touch of Malice is a level 40 Exotic Scout Rifle. It is obtained as a reward for completing the following series of quests: Shattered Past, The Old Hunger, and all three iterations of Hunger Pangs. The player must also collect 45 Calcified Fragments. Once these requirements have been met, the weapon will be awarded by Eris Morn.

Intrinsic Perks

• Kinetic Damage - This weapon causes Kinetic damage.
• Touch of Malice - Final round of the magazine regenerates and deals bonus damage at the cost of the wielder's life force.
• Infuse - Consume a more powerful Weapon to boost the Attack value of this Weapon.

Primary Perks

• Eye of the Storm - This weapon becomes more accurate as your health gets lower.

Exotic Perks

• Touch of Mercy - Three rapid kills will return a portion of the wielder's health.
• Touch of Malice - Final round of the magazine regenerates and deals bonus damage at the cost of the wielder's life force. (Perk is intrinsic)

• Soft Ballistics - Less recoil. Penalty to impact.
• Smooth Ballistics - Increased recoil. Boost to range.
• Smart Drift Control - Predictable and controllable recoil. Penalty to range.

Selectable Perk 2

• Snapshot - Aiming this weapon is incredibly fast.
• Hammer Forged - Improved range and accuracy.
• Flared Magwell - Reload this weapon even faster.
