Acquired by	Default Sparrow Horn all players receive during Sparrow Racing League event.

Happy Horn is a Legendary Sparrow Horn acquired during the Sparrow Racing League event. It is the default Horn that all players receive.

Unlike other Horns, Happy Horn cannot be dismantled into Horn Relay.
