The Taken King

The Taken King, formally known as The Comet, is the 3rd and largest expansion for Destiny, scheduled to release in Fall 2015. Unlike previous expansions, it will come in disc-form, similar to vanilla Destiny. It will not only increase the base level from 20 to 30 but also add 1 extra subclass for each class. Additionally, Comet: Plague of Darkness will add 2 new types of weapons and a new Patrol location on a Hive ship.
