Wrath of the Machine (Quest) is a level 40 Rise of Iron Quest. You can get the quest from Shiro-4 in Felwinter Peak. The quest sometimes unlock when you turn in Iron Lord Bounties. Unlocking the quest might be tied to your Light Level and/or Dormant SIVA Clusters collected.
Step 1: Metal and Flesh
Task: Find and destroy the Devil Splicers leading the Fallen war in the Plaguelands.
