Unique Exotic Perk: Volatile Light - Rounds fired from this weapon overpenetrate targets and ricochet on hard surfaces.
Drop Rate: It can randomly drop from anywhere. Most likely from Raids, Weekly Heroic Strikes and Weekly Nightfalls. Also it can be decoded from a Legendary or an Exotic Engram.
