SIVA Offering are consumable items of various types and rarity used to activate various types and difficulties of enemies in Archon's Forge Public Event. They are dropped by Devil Splicers after completing RoI's main storyline.
Rarities of the Offering determines the Light Level of the event:

Types of Offerings determine the enemies encountered. There are Dreg, Shank, Captain.
Players can only have 1 SIVA Offering at a time. If you have a rare offering in your inventory and you find a legendary one, you'll need to dismantle the rare offering in order to pick up the legendary one.
