Mark of the Executor is a level 20 Exotic Titan Mark. Mark of the Executor can be obtained by purchasing it from the New Monarchy Vendor if you have sufficient Rank with the New Monarchy. When players are wearing the Mark of the Executor, all of their Vanguard and Crucible reputation points gains become New Monarchy reputation gains.
