Crest of Alpha Lupi is a level 20 Exotic Titan, Hunter and Warlock Chest Armor. Crest of Alpha Lupi can be purchased from Agent of the Nine for 13 Strange Coins. It can also be obtained by deciphering Exotic Engrams at the Cryptarch.

History
After The Dark Below was released, the chest armor's Defense was increased from 339-439 to 444-488 and its Light was increased from 21-30 to 30-36. Players can upgrade old versions of the chest armor into the new one by visiting Xur and paying 1 Exotic Shard and some Glimmer.
Trivia
Crest of Alpha Lupi is a reference to the brightest star in the constellation, Lupus, the Latin name for "Wolf." Also the name of a strange account on the Bungie.net forums.
