Counterbalance is a weapon perk.
Effect: Decreases weapon recoil by 9%.
- The counterbalance perk makes the gun recoil upward in a perfectly straight line, with no left or right bullet dispersion. Since all the bullets are dispersing vertically, it makes the gun kick up higher when fired continuously. a good perk if you only shoot in bursts anyway.
