Tips and Tricks

Just look for the Cabal that carry shields. These are the ones that drop the harnesses. I found them in The Hollows.

One or two spawn in the sphere building. From the sphere building, if you go to your right, you'll see some pipe working going to containers. There's an entrance way there, there's two in there. A couple of them might spawn in the gap near the entrance way mentioned above.

Also, near the exit for this area (as if you were driving through), one spawns there with two legionary.
