The Undying Mind is a level 20 Strike found in Meridian Bay, Mars. The activity requires a group of 1 to 3. To participate in the Strike, players need to have the expansion The Dark Below. It is exclusive to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 players.

Players will encounter Vex enemies in this Strike.

The Undying Mind is a colossal Vex Hydra similar to the boss of The Nexus. Unlike other Hydra, The Undying Mind has 3 shorter shields instead of one long shield. Its weakspot is its giant eye. Fire at it for precision damage.

Strategy

Players need to fire at the gaps between its 3 shields. To avoid the boss' attacks, hide behind the columns scattered in the room. Periodically, Vex adds will spawn. Take them out before resuming your fire at the boss.
