Private Match, released in Rise of Iron, allows players to set up their own Crucible matches with large degree of customization. Private Match allows you to play any PvP Modes on any PvP Maps with any players. Team sizes range from 0 to 6 and you can set various Score, Time Limit, Light Level advantages, time of day and Vehicle spawns.

How To Set Up A Private Match

Private Matches are created in special lobbies while in Orbit. Through the Crucible menu, team leader can choose Private Match and others can join him. They can switch teams by pressing L1/R1 (PlayStation 4) or LB/RB (Xbox One). Players can even switch teams while the match is live. They can do this by entering Navigation Mode by pressing the Touchpad(PlayStation 4) or the View Button (Xbox One), use the D-Pad to view the Scoreboard, and hold Right on the D-Pad to switch teams.
