The Archon's Forge is the co-op arena in The Plaguelands.

The Archon's Forge was released in Rise of Iron expansion.

Bungie calls it a "Thunderdome-esque battle arena". The length of The Archon's Forge is something between Court of Oryx and Prison of Elders.
