Goblins are the basic foot soldiers of Vex. They can teleport short distances in any directions. Their weakspots are their stomachs, aim there for Precision Kills. Shooting their head will cause them to become more aggressive and charge forward.
Tactics
Goblins are the Vex's primary infantry. While they move slowly, Goblins can blink short distances. They will attempt to swarm the players by marching forward. Goblins will not take covers. Fire at their stomachs to quickly kill them. If you fire and destroy their heads, they will become aggressive and charge at the player wildly.
Goblins with Torch Hammers are particularly dangerous due to their AoE damage.

The Goblin is the basic unit in the vast computational network that is the Vex. Shattering the large, fan-shaped head does not seem to cause lasting damage but sends the Goblin into a crackling frenzy.
