New Monarchy Reputation can be acquired after you equip a New Monarchy Cloak, Bond or Mark onto your character. Higher New Monarchy Reputation ranks unlock Legendary weapons and Armor at the New Monarchy Vendor.

How to Obtain

Be sure to have a New Monarchy Bond/Mark/Cloak equipped or you'll just get Vanguard reputation.
